Delivery & Returns Policy
Elegance Beauty processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding Irish Bank Holidays.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Orders over €100 are shipped for free.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Elegance Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, Fastway Couriers will have the most current information regarding your package.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will contact you via email indicating that one/or some of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item.
We do not issue refunds on goods unless the goods have been damaged during shipping or goods are faulty.
If you have received damaged goods, please contact Customer Support on 00353 087 9980575 with 48 hours of delivery. You will then be asked for your order number and to email pictures of the damaged goods to www.elegancebeauty.ie
On inspection of damaged stock, you will then be refunded the goods value or replacement goods will be shipped to you immediately.
Faulty Goods: Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please return within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. A return label will be provided upon contact. After 30 days, the product is non-refundable.
Non-Faulty Goods: If you are unhappy with your unopened products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Elegance Beauty is not responsible for covering these shipping costs.
Returns of non-faulty goods will be at the customer's expense and must be packaged securely and must include the customer's order number, name and address. For hygiene reasons, goods can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all packaging intact and unopened.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and replacement goods will be shipped out to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
If you are shipping an item/s over €20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
